Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Mechanic to join our team. This position will focus on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of on-road trucks and trailers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and have a passion for hands-on mechanical work. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and Repair: Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues in trucks and trailers, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks, oil changes, and other essential upkeep on our fleet.
• Fabrication: As needed, fabricate or modify parts and components to complete repairs..
• Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with management and drivers to communicate repair needs, timelines, and safety concerns.
• Physical Requirements: Assist with the heavy lifting and maneuvering of equipment or parts as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in auto maintenance
• Skills: Strong knowledge of hand tools, and power tools.
• Fabrication Experience: Ability to fabricate parts and components when necessary (preferred but not required).
• Physical Ability: Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as part of the job.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Licenses/Certifications: A valid driver’s license may be required based on job responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits: * Hourly Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) * Health & Wellness:
