Associate Dentist
Full Time | Olympia, WA

A high-performing, fully fee-for-service (FFS) dental practice in Olympia, WA is seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join the team. This is a rare ownership-track opportunity , with the current owner planning to transition out within 6 to 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all ages.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern clinical environment.
• Perform a wide range of procedures including oral surgery, grafting, and sedation.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a skilled clinical and administrative team.
• Work alongside the current owner to gain insight into practice operations and ownership.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Washington dental license or ability to obtain.
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (GPR or AEGD completion a plus).
• Proficiency or strong interest in oral surgery, implants, or sedation dentistry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for high-quality patient care and long-term relationships.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Daily Guarantee: $800+ per day or 30% of collections.
• Bonus: $10,000 to $15,000 in sign-on, relocation, or continuing education support.
• Ownership: Buy-in opportunity secured at the time of hire.
• Flexible W2 or 1099 structure based on candidate preference.
