What You'll Be Doing:
In this role, you will leverage agile methodologies to analyze, define, and document business requirements, ultimately delivering valuable software applications that meet stakeholder needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Requirements Gathering: Identifying and clarifying business and functional requirements through interviews and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Working closely with stakeholders and product teams to break down large epic stories into manageable features and user stories, ensuring they are understood and approved by the development team.
- Agile Support: Assisting the agile team throughout the product development, testing, and implementation phases to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
- Product Owner Assistance: Supporting the Product Owner with backlog prioritization, feature sequencing, organization, and user acceptance testing.
- Relationship Building: Establishing trust and rapport with both technical and non-technical team members.
What We're Looking For:

Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering for software development, creating user stories, and product backlog grooming.
- Agile Experience: 2+ years working as a Business Analyst in an agile environment, with a strong agile mindset and familiarity with the Scrum process and the role of Product Owner.
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira or similar tools.
- Certifications: Scrum certification such as CSM or CSPO is preferred.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Location and Other Requirements:
- Must be located within commuting distance of Tampa. The role is remote, but occasional office visits may be required.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (no subcontracts or visa sponsorship).
